Here at we have done it AGAIN! We have come up with a system that allows our clients to list their homes with Full-Time REALTORS and receive the benefits of a FULL-SERVICE Real Estate Brokerage for LESS and sometimes FREE!

How does this work? Well, let us explain.

In our local Utah Real Estate society most home listings are listed with the Seller paying a 6% Real Estate Commission. This 6% Commission is divided up to pay the Buyer's Agent* a 3% commission for bringing a qualified Buyer to purchase your home and the other 3% is paid to the Seller's (Listing) Agent for Marketing the Home, Negotiating the purchase contract and most importantly "Closing The Deal".**

It is actually quite simple. We only have 3 criteria:

1. This one is a Freebee! One of the most effective ways for you to help us find a buyer for your home is through your personal network, Friends, Family and Neighbors! If you will take the time to gather 100 names and addresses of friends, family or neighbors that may know someone who would be interested in your home, we will discount our Seller's Agent Commission a FULL 1%. Now you are down to only a 2% listing fee! **

2. No Buyer's Agent* One BIG bonus of taking the time to provide us the list mentioned above in item #1 is, if a Buyer purchases your home that does NOT have a Buyer's Agent* we will reduce our Seller's Agent Commission by an additional 1%. We will then assign one of our team members work with them as a Buyer's Agent*. Now you are down to only a 1% listing fee. **

3. Buying a New Home If we represent you in selling your home and we represent you in buying your next home, don't you think you should get a discount? We think so too! We will reduce our Seller's Agent commission by 1%. This is for any clients that allow UtahHomeOptions.com to represent them in selling their current home and purchasing their next home. You have done it! Your Seller's listing fee is now FREE! **

So that's how it's done! Just follow the above criteria and we will reduce our Seller's Agent commission up to 3% making your listing fee FREE!
